Dr. Chad Weber is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon who provides comprehensive general orthopedic surgery and orthopedic trauma care throughout the Miami Valley and surrounding areas. He joined OASWO in 2010 after completing his Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship at OrthoIndy, and his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Ohio University.
Dr. Weber specializes in operative and non-operative care of basic and complex fractures of the upper and lower extremities. He also treats pelvic and acetabular fractures, sports injuries, performs knee and shoulder arthroscopy, and partial and total knee replacements. Dr. Weber is one of the few local physicians who performs the direct anterior supine approach for total hip replacements.
Dr. Weber is one of only two Orthopedic Surgeons in the region certified to perform joint replacement surgery using the Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgical Technology. Dr. Weber utilizes this state-of-the-art tool to enhance successful patient outcomes through increased accuracy and precision.

Dr. Weber serves as Chief of Medical Staff at Grandview and Southview Medical Centers, is the current Orthopedic Trauma Liaison, and previously served as Vice Chief of Medical Staff, Secretary/ Treasure of Medical Staff, and Chair of Orthopedics
Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Weber was a Certified Athletic Trainer and an Assistant Athletic Trainer for The Pittsburgh Steelers during summer training camps. He is a Fellow of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics.
Dr. Weber grew up in southeastern Ohio and currently lives with his wife, Dana, and daughter, Remy. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, golfing, exercise, attending music concerts, collegiate and professional sports.

Holly earned her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College. She also received her bachelor's degree in human biology from Kettering College. Holly is a member of the American Academy of Physician assistants and she is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She works primarily at the north facilities with Dr. Hatic and Dr. Weber, both in surgery and in the office.
In her free time, Holly enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys watching and participating in sports activities.
Kristen earned her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College. She also received her Master’s in Health Administration from University of Pheonix and her bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Miami University. She works with Dr. Hatic and Dr. Weber, both in surgery and in the office, seeing patients mostly at the Little York and Yankee office locations. She believes it is important to thoroughly explain both the surgical and non-surgical options for the patients. She spends time answering patient questions and helping ensure patients understand their conditions. She belongs to the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Ohio Academy of Physician Assistants.
In her free time, Kristen enjoys working out and playing sports, especially soccer, as well as spending time with family and friends.
